Terlingua Red Spice Mix

Terlingua, Texas is a ghost town about seven miles from the Mexican border and home of the first chili cookoff almost a half century ago. This chili mix captures the essence of the Texas Big Bend country with a special blend of spices that give it a redder color, a richer gravy and hearty flavor while still delivering the spiciness you expect in a bowl of competition chili.

Texas Spice Mix

This is the granddaddy of all chili mixes. A family tradition passed down from the cattle drives of the late 1800s. It’s the real stuff. Beware of imitations! This is the original Hard Times Chili and you don't mess with the original... and you don't mess with Texas.
